At ScentMafia, we take pride in the quality, hygiene, and integrity of our fragrances. Every order is carefully inspected and securely packaged before dispatch.

Return Eligibility

We offer a 30-day return window from the date of delivery.

To qualify for a return, all of the following conditions must be met:

  • Item must be unused and in original condition
  • Original packaging must be included
  • Items with a broken or removed tamper-evident seal (ScentMafia packaging seal) cannot be returned.
  • Proof of purchase (order number) is required

Due to hygiene and safety reasons, fragrances that have been opened, used, or had their seal broken cannot be returned.

How to Request a Return

To start a return, contact us within 30 days of delivery:

Please include:

  • Order number
  • Full name
  • Reason for return

We will provide return instructions if your request is approved.

Returns sent without prior approval will not be accepted.

Damaged, Defective or Incorrect Items

Please inspect your order immediately upon delivery.

If your item arrives:

  • Damaged
  • Defective
  • Incorrect

You must contact us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photo or video evidence.

Once verified, we will offer a replacement or refund depending on availability.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned:

  • Opened or used fragrances
  • Items with broken or removed ScentMafia security seals
  • Sale or discounted items
  • Gift cards

Returns based on scent preference, expectations, or personal opinion are not accepted.

Fragrance longevity, projection, and performance may vary depending on factors including skin chemistry, environment, storage conditions, and application method. Variations in personal performance expectations do not qualify as product defects.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of approval status.

If approved:

  • If approved, refunds are typically processed within 14–28 business days depending on payment provider, banking institution, and processing timelines.
  • Refunds are issued to your original payment method
  • Shipping costs are non-refundable (unless the return is due to our error)

Return Shipping

Unless the item is confirmed to be defective or incorrect upon inspection, all return shipping and/or courier collection costs are the responsibility of the customer and may need to be paid upfront before collection is arranged.
