Order Processing Time
All orders are processed within 2–4 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding public holidays).
Orders placed after business hours, on weekends, or public holidays will be processed the next business day.
Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation and tracking details via email.
Shipping Locations
We currently ship nationwide within South Africa.
If you are outside South Africa, international shipping availability will be clearly stated at checkout where applicable.

Failed or Returned Deliveries
If an order is returned to us due to:

The customer will be responsible for reshipping costs.

Damaged Parcels
