At ScentMafia, every order is carefully prepared, packaged, and dispatched to ensure your fragrance arrives safely and intact.

Order Processing Time

All orders are processed within 2–4 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding public holidays).

Orders placed after business hours, on weekends, or public holidays will be processed the next business day.

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation and tracking details via email.

Shipping Locations

We currently ship nationwide within South Africa.

If you are outside South Africa, international shipping availability will be clearly stated at checkout where applicable.

Shipping Times

Estimated delivery times after dispatch:

  • Major cities & metro areas: 2–4 business days

  • Outlying or rural areas: 3–6 business days

Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to courier delays, weather conditions, or peak periods.

Shipping Fees

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on:

  • Your delivery location

  • Order size and weight

Any promotions or free-shipping offers will be clearly displayed on the website or at checkout.

Tracking & Delivery

All orders are shipped with a trackable courier service.

Once dispatched, responsibility for delivery timing lies with the courier.
ScentMafia is not responsible for delays caused by:

  • Courier operational issues

  • Incorrect or incomplete delivery information provided by the customer

  • Unsuccessful delivery attempts

Please ensure your delivery address and contact details are accurate at checkout.

Failed or Returned Deliveries

If an order is returned to us due to:

  • Incorrect address

  • Failure to collect

  • Multiple unsuccessful delivery attempts

The customer will be responsible for reshipping costs.

Refunds will not be issued for failed deliveries caused by customer error.

Damaged Parcels

If your parcel arrives visibly damaged:

  • Photograph the package before opening

  • Contact us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photo evidence

This allows us to assess the issue and assist accordingly.

Fragrance Shipping Notice

Due to the nature of fragrance products:

  • Orders are securely packaged to prevent leaks or damage

  • Opened or used products cannot be returned once delivered
